Bottom Line: I mean, let’s face it: we would not have discovered this absolutely phenomenal place without the help of an au courant, totally hip and outrageously fun Delhi-born colleague to guide us. Thanks SP!! Yes, it is Spanish food, which required a temporary departure from our all Indian-all the time rule, but to hell with rules. We are on vacation. This place has it all – amazing bartender, service, food, and atmosphere (breezy, candlelit, peaceful garden hideaway). See pics and review.

scallops/cauliflower mousse

foie gras

fattouche

mixed grill skewers

paella

aubergine

tartuffo
- Sea scallops with cauliflower mousse – simple, not overwrought, though the foam was more distracting than value added
- Foie gras – no surprises, no disappointment
- Fattouche – more like a garden salad with cheese, sun dried tomatoes and crispy pita chips, but still delicious
- Mixed grill skewers – lovely, really good
- Valencia Paella – mmmmmmmm - seafoody, porky, tomato-y, spicy, perfectly cooked
- Aubergine – great presentation AND tasty
- Tartuffo – chocolate cake with mint ice cream dipped in dark chocolate – moist cake, refreshingly light ice cream, but chocolate dipped coating something akin to DQ dipped cone.
- DO NOT overlook the Sangria. This experience plus Lodhi Garden Restaurant (another SP recommendation!) led us to conclude that Indians have mastered Sangria. Slurp.
- WE LOVE SEVILLA!!!

Interesting post. I have stumbled and twittered this for my friends. Hope others find it as interesting as I did.
